In this Session we will go deep into the body first with a weighted set of forks that are for specific use on the body.  These are coloured forks, that have a specific frequency set in each one to target the needs of each main Chakra point. We use a visualization so everyone can benefit, regardless of if meditation is easy for you or not. We will use Solfeggio forks for the energies around the body. The energies are called our Electro-magnetic frequency or Aura, and these can get messed up, with all the wifi and electronics we use in day-to-day life. The Solfeggio (Set of 9) forks are also called Sacred Tones that restore balance to our minds and to our body. At the end of this session, you will feel relaxed, energized, and in a peaceful/harmonious state.
