Intuitive massage means that we might use Myo-Fascial Cupping, Thai Stretch, Heat (towels or stones) &/or Reflexology, along with touch therapy. This is a very relaxing treatment.
Goals: Stimulate all meridian channels for proper flow of blood, Relax Parasympathetic Nervous System for optimal healing, straighten tissue that has become scarred or has trauma. Also comes with customized stretching plan to fit your body’s functional health needs.

Myofascial Decompression Cupping Specific Therapy
This treatment involves: suctioning cups to the body, (ours have magnets), leaving them stationary or moving them. This creates negative pressure in the cup, creating a disbursement of fluids & congestion.
These cups are also fantastic for relieving chronic pain and adhesion tissue. They have also been known to straighten and realign the tissue according to some texts.

Includes very specific massage to the intra-oral muscles & outer oral muscles.
Using a gloved hand the therapist will gently push on & target medial/lateral ptyergoid, masseter, buccal & mandibular muscles; Glands.
TMJ is treated when the patient is experiencing pain in their jaw, sometimes headaches are a factor and clenching your teeth.

Traditional Thai Massage is done on a mat, fully clothed comfortably, using specific therapeutic stretches, and postures that the therapist will take the client through.

This is a variated form of the Traditional Thai Massage.
Instead of being on the mat we are fully clothed on the table.
Sometimes this can be more comfortable, as I use heat on the table to help with sore muscles.
We do not use all of the poses involved with Thai Massage, the focus here is to address any physical pain, relax the mind and body, and restore the flow of blood to the meridian systems. Also, this massage can include certain types of release techniques for specific muscle groups.
